Any disputes that may arise in connection with the Company’s business, and between shareholders and the Company or between shareholders and the Chairman of the Board of Directors, the Chief Executive Officer and Deputy Chief Executive Officers will be judged in accordance with the legal conditions applicable and subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts.
